At Adventures of Arkansas, we carefully plan each event to provide a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for our community. Because reservations, permits, supplies, and preparation are arranged in advance based on participant registration, all event purchases are final.

Refund Policy

All registrations, tickets, and purchases made through Adventures of Arkansas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Schedule conflicts
• Personal emergencies
• Weather conditions
• Late arrival or missed events
• Change of plans

By completing your registration or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund, no exception policy.

Event Changes

Adventures of Arkansas reserves the right to modify event details, locations, or schedules if necessary for safety, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

In the rare event that Adventures of Arkansas cancels an event, participants may be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future event at the discretion of Adventures of Arkansas.
